Semi Private training
Semi-Private training is a shared PT session with expert guidance and more personalised + varied workouts compared to bootcamps or group fitness classes. There is no more than 5 people per session so you get expert attention and motivation, plus a much more progressive and customised program to get more from every workout.
Our Semi-Private Training sessions are
- held in our new Private Training Studio where cardio and weight equipment is incorporated in your workout so you are not limited to only body weight exercises.
- weatherproof - rain, hail or shine our sessions are on indoors and are enjoyable.
- a compliment to your existing training program - whether you've already got a trainer or you prefer to do your own specific sport, Semi-Private Training can improve your overall fitness and skills to help you excel in other activities.
